Damn, man. They look very sweet. But you need to learn how to make a normal map. Nothing complicated. Make black white, reduce the brightness and use NormalMapFilter filter. Then, the color inversion. (The image will be of purple - green) Well and further blur, brightness ... Add fabric texture seams .... And your card is ready. try)

firstly, love your skins. you've got solid diffuse textures.
but i agree with karpuha, it would be nice if you could figure out the normal maps. you don't need extensive 3d skills to make them for characters, and can rely on photoshop plugins for basic normal mapping.
